A clearer route from idea to frame
Share drawings, footprint, height, reference images, materials and crew size. Tell us whether your team is building or you need help arranging support.
Confirm load-in, construction, painting, drying, pre-light, filming and strike. Ask about consecutive days and agreed overnight set retention.
Agree safe working methods, fixings, power and waste removal with the team. Leave enough time to dismantle and return the space as agreed.
You can bring your own art department. Any set-building support, materials, construction or storage must be discussed and included in your quote.
Before the first flat goes up
Yes. Share the design, dimensions, materials and working schedule so we can confirm suitability and agree the build and shoot plan.
Studio hire and construction are separate requirements. Bring your own team, or ask what support can be arranged. Materials, labour and specialist services are included only when stated in your quote.
Agree all fixings, load-bearing elements and overhead rigging with the studio before work begins. Do not assume that walls, floors or the grid can take an unconfirmed load.
Ask about consecutive-day or longer hire. Retention, access and responsibility for equipment must be agreed in advance; availability is not assumed.
Your preferred dates, build and shoot hours, drawings or references, set dimensions, crew size and any equipment or support needed. Full payment is required to secure the agreed booking.
